Many owners don’t like using the services of a pet daycare or boarding facility.  Owners worry about the environment and the possibility their pet might be exposed to another pet’s illness or pick up a parasite.  They worry their pet might not feel comfortable or safe and could hurt, or even worse, get hurt by another animal.  Depending on the circumstances, such as how crowded the facility may be or what the staffing situation is, owners worry their pet may not get the individual attention he or she needs.  Some dogs and cats do fine in these situations, but it may not be the best solution for every pet owner.

My goal is to ensure your pet’s routine and surroundings are maintained even though you can’t be there.  Whether you are traveling for a day, vacationing for a week or just spending long hours at work you needn’t worry because I will be there.  If it’s a potty break, a walk or overnight sitting, I will take care of them just as you would.  Does your dog like to sleep with you?  Does he like to sleep under the covers cuddled up against your leg?  I will do that.  Will your cat only eat a certain kind of food placed a certain way in a certain bowl?  I will do that.  Does your dog expect a scoop of Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream at approximately nine o’clock in the evening?  I will do that.  Does your cat occasionally like to poop in the bathtub instead of the litter box?  I am on it!  You get the picture…
